This month's AGLCC luncheon will feature guest speaker Mark Walters, a city planner for the City of Austin, discussing the Imagine Austin Comprehensive Plan, a long-term vision of Austin's future.

The Austin Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (AGLCC) announced that Jon Hockenyos, president of Austin-based consulting firm TXP, will be the guest speaker at the October monthly network luncheon to be held at the Alamo Drafthouse on South Lamar.

The Texas Employee Confidence Index edged up 1.8 points to 53.7 in August, according to the latest Spherion Employment Report.
