• Within each department we offer four (4) locations for advertising (header, right top, right middle and footer). 
• Each position will rotate between no more than 5 other advertisers¹

• Header - 728 pixels x 90 pixels
• Right Top - 300 pixels x 250 pixels

Benefits

• Paid advertisers have their listing(s) in our online Guide upgraded to 'Featured' which shows the at the top of the listing for those categories that they are listed in as well as showing up in the 'Featured Listings' section on all department pages.
• Paid advertisers have the first option in participating in other marketing initiatives that therepubliq.com may offer.
• Change or update your banner ad up to 1 times per week during your term without any additional charge. 

Options and Discounts

• Purchase one ad positions and get 25% off any additional positions
• Spreads -- Purchase a postion for your ad in the same location in all department and get 50% off
• Buyouts -- Purchase five (5) positions for a specific location (if available) in a single department and get 50% off

Ad guidelines 

• File types accepted: JPG, GIF, PNG (Additional types may be accepted, email us first with specifics)
• Animated banners (GIF) should be no longer than 15 seconds
• No sexually explicit images

  • Your details (name and billing address);
  • the department or departments you would like the ad to run in;
  • the location that you would like to the ad to run in;
  • and, the dates that you would like for the ad to start running.
• Once we have received your ad and reviewed it to ensure that it meets our guidelines, we will forward you an invoice by email with the amount due. 

Billing

• The first invoice will be prorated for the current month, and the amount will vary depending on the length of the month and the current rates. 
• Subsequent invoices will be sent out one week before the end of the month by email and are due no later than the first business day of each month
• You can pay by check or with a credit card using PayPal or Google Checkout using the link included in your invoice. Please note that your ad will only be activated once payment has been made and that paying by check may delay activation of your ad.
  

¹ One (1) position in each location is allocated to our national advertising sales agency, ADiFY, which may rotate multiple ads within this single position.
